Accommodations-Shared Flats or Apartments
We
are able to acquire independent apartments, rooms, or boarding with
Spanish families, “señoras”, or shared flats. Our
flats have been selected according to central location, warm atmosphere
and up-to-date conditions. The
guest decides if he or she would like meals included in the lodging.
Almost any arrangement can be made concerning room and board.
We
carry out comprehensive site visits to ensure that all of our lodging
resources offer our visitors a friendly and well-kept environment.
Shared Flats
We offer shared flats
with Spaniards who offer comfortable settings with full access to kitchen
and living facilities, or we can hook you up to share a place with other
visitors. All utilities are included (light – water –gas).

Shared living with host families - meals:
This
home living is oriented to students who want a family atmosphere and
meals. Living with a Spanish family is beyond a doubt the best way
to experience the daily life of the country. At the same time, it
gives you a great opportunity to improve your Spanish.
We
link you with families who have lots of experience in making students feel
right at home.

If
you want more independent living, we have a roster of completely furnished
apartments for one or several persons.

There
are an abundant number of “Spanish
for Foreigners” courses available all year round. The fees for the
courses vary from school to school and also depend on the amount of time
employed. The level of the course is determined by the existent
knowledge of the student.
Flamenco
Courses
The essence and beauty of Seville lies in the flick of its wrists and the
tapping of its shoes; in flamenco. Our experienced teachers lead their students
from basics to advanced levels of dance and all its categories.

If
you think that you might want to learn some everyday folk dancing as opposed
to flamenco, then the Sevillanas might be just right for you, as they are

excursions:
Country
trips and picnics: Discover the province of Sevilla and
Andalucía. We can take you to the different cities and towns
of Andalucía such as Ronda, Córdoba and Granada, to nearby beaches
and the mountains of Huelva.

majority of these trips are dependent on the number of reservations.
In addition to the other activities, we can invite you to take
part in an International Picnic, where you can meet and mix with a lot
of people, and practice your Spanish.
In
the spring and on the weekends, weather permitting, we can go to a city
park or to the country, have lunch, do a little hiking, breathe some
fresh air… And take advantage of the Sevilla sun. You’ll go
home with a different color than the one you came with.

Shared Apartment
In a shared apartment you will be living with other students (normally both
foreign and Spanish), sharing kitchen, bathroom and living room in a 2-4 bedroom
apartment. The students living together will be responsible for working out the
daily routines like cooking and cleaning. This type of accommodation is a good
way to get to know other students from other countries and to make new friends.
The apartments are all fully furnished including 1-2
bathrooms, a kitchen with oven, refrigerator and a washing machine and the
living room will be comfortable with sofas and a TV. All apartments are located
within walking distance from the center of Sevilla and from shopping
possibilities. In a shared apartment you will always have your own room unless
you are travelling with a companion and like to share a room.
Spanish Host Family
Living with a Spanish Host Family is a great opportunity to get to learn more
about the Spanish culture and improve your Spanish language skills. In a host
family you will live as a member of the family, participate in meals, family
gatherings and you will have to practice your Spanish all the timezzzzz
You will have your own house key and can more or less come and
leave, as you want. The only item you have to bring (apart from maybe a little
souvenir from your country) is your own towel, the family will supply the rest
(like bed linen, pillows etc.). When selecting a host family you can choose
between half board and full board and if you are travelling with a companion you
can also select either a double or a single room otherwise only single room.
